The 14-Day Statutory Holding Period: As a Licensed Secondhand Dealer in New Zealand, we are legally required to hold certain "articles" (such as jewelry or electronics) for 14 working days before they can be altered or resold. During this period, if a legal dispute arises regarding the ownership of the items (e.g., a family dispute), the items will be held in their original state while the matter is resolved

• Service Guarantee: We guarantee that the storage unit or property will be left in a "swept-clean" condition, ready for handover to the facility manager. If the clearance does not meet the standards agreed upon in your contract, we will return to rectify the issue at no additional cost.
